Calexico

This poster almost killed us.

It was for the Calexico show in Seattle on September 26, 2008. We started printing them very late - mid September, mixing each fluorescent color by hand, getting the hues just right.

But with that many colors, we inhaled more pigment than would be allowable by law in California! And printing it late nights, spreading it over four days of exhaustion and hurry... well, we're still sneezing hot pink.

Measures 20 x 26 on super-thick 100# black Cougar archival-quality paper.
